Brushwork – Tuesday 24th September

Spent a bit of time this weekend on more Dark Vengeance models, as well as continuing with some of my Eldar.

First on the desk was Tetchvar, whose long coat was just begging for a bit of freehand, and so a pair of Chaos symbols have gone on:

The scarring on his chest was painted with a mix of Dheneb Stone and Mechrite Red, to make the skin look a little more ‘raw’ than the rest of his skin.

With the rest of his unit nearing completion too, I figured I’d take a group shot:

I’m aiming for quick (well, quick for me) paint-jobs, as I want to get the whole set painted (a first for me!), and because I’m working on the whole set at once.

I’ve also made a start on Anarkus, so here’s a shot of him, along with a better image of the modified flamer:

What with my notoriously short attention span, I moved on to a few of my Eldar models. I’ve completed the highlighting on both of my Wave Serpents, and the free-hand details on one:
